Gabriel Rosenstock (one of the leaders of our academic committee) and the rest of our group (I.C.I.S.) have an upcoming conference, "Ireland in Crisis?," at the University of California, Berkeley, July 10-11, 2012. (Mo phardún mo bearla...*)

Would you please be so kind as to post to your members the accompanying short announcement below?

I'm enjoying reading your newsletter, by the way, as I'm restarting my language studies myself, these days.*

The University of California, Berkeley, announcement was only written in English, and I'm not up to full strength yet in recovering my Irish skills to be able to translate it into Irish, if your newsletter needs it so. We will be featuring discussion about the state of the language, as noted in the schedule. If need be, would you or someone else be able to translate Berkeley's announcement into Irish for the format of your newsletter?
